powerful one that I'm gonna share with

you guys today

it's from Aristotle and the quote is to

avoid criticism in life then say nothing

do nothing and be nothing now I want you

to think about that

to avoid criticism say nothing do

nothing and be nothing in your life now

the reality is we're all gonna face

criticism in our lives in fact

oftentimes the more that you elevate

yourself in this world in this lifetime

the more susceptible that you're gonna

be towards receiving criticism okay the

more that you're trying to pioneer

something or be successful or invent

something or do things that are outside

of the norm in some way you're gonna

have people they're gonna put you down

and the reason for that is your success

or are you growing towards your goals or

achieving something or making something

happen makes other people feel inferior

it makes other people people feel

insignificant in some way because they

have to look at themselves in the mirror

and it's just a reminder that they're

not at where they want to be in their

lives and so whenever you receive that

understand the place of where that's

coming from from other people however

criticism is good and I think we should

all strive to receive more criticism in

our lives in fact I believe that if

you're not failing right now in your

life if you don't have fear if you're

not receiving criticism all the things

that people avoid right fear criticism

failure if you're not receiving that

right now in your life then you're

playing it too safe you know you're

playing it too safe you're in your

comfort zone right now you know it's

only when you're getting that criticism

and that failure and that

experimentation and falling on your ass

and and going through those hardships

and that adversity and we're you know

being rejected and facing all of those

things that's a sign that you're outside

of your comfort zone that's a sign that

you're doing something right it's a sign

that you're doing something different

it's a sign that you're making progress

in some way

you know most people try to avoid those

things I embrace them you want to

embrace the fear you want to embrace the

negativity the doubt the criticism that

you're going to receive on the pursuit

towards the success that you want

because when you're getting it just

remember that that's an indicator of

success it means that you're doing

something right

it means that you're ruffling a few

feathers other people are getting

uncomfortable other people are getting

jealous your awakening something in the

other people in your life the spectators

and for the most part that's what they

are spectators they don't have the

courage to get in the arena and actually

do the grind do the hustle and do what

it takes they just stand on the

sidelines and it's very easy for them to

judge and point the finger or criticize

you or put you down in some way without

having done it themselves so keep that

in mind you're doing something right try

to try to do things more different try

to experiment you know go for it

you know just do whatever you have to do

to get to where you want to be and don't

be afraid of what the consequences are

don't be afraid when other people think

of you don't be afraid of the failure

and the rejection along the way look at

it as a sign that you're doing something

right and keep it up okay so I'm going

to leave you again with that quote to

avoid criticism in life stay nothing do

that's exactly what you'll be if you try

to avoid the criticism you try to avoid

what other people are gonna say about

you then you're just gonna ultimately be

nothing in your life we're not going to

be remembered and you're not going to
