hey guys Stefan here from project life
master comm 2014 coming to an end 2015
right around the corner I'm not sure
where you're at with your goals whether
you've been achieving them and kicking
yourself or if you're the person that
has just been dabbling struggling you
know not following through in your life
not following through on your goals and
continue to struggle and not make
progress I don't know which one are you
but you know I've been working with a
few people and talking to a few people
and time and time again there's people
that that set goals and don't do
anything about them there they continued
to struggle they continue to not make
any progress they continue to take two
steps forward and then take two steps
back and you know I can relate to this
you know I've been there as well I've
struggled in my life and you know even
for myself this year there's goals that
I'm not going to achieve his goals that
I set for myself that I'm gonna come up
short on you know last year the year
before there's been other goals things I
said I was gonna do that I committed to
that I just didn't come together because
I didn't put forth the maximum effort
and use my mind to properly focus on
what I needed to do to achieve those
goals and it frustrates me you're not I
don't know if it frustrates you coming
up short on goals struggling in your
life not having in life that you want
indulging these negative emotions and
patterns that prevent you from having a
life the success the happiness that you
want if it doesn't frustrate you it
should because that's what's stopping
you you haven't gotten to the point
where you finally say enough enough is
enough enough depression enough of the
struggling enough of the being in debt
enough of being broke enough of eating
this shit food that doesn't support your
body your health and the life that you
want enough of being alone not having
the relationship that you want or worse
being in a relationship and yet still
feeling feeling alone not having the
love enough to sit in our
watching TV indulging in things watching
other people live their lives instead of
you doing something about it when you're
sitting there watching TV knowing that
you've got your goals on the wall and
they're not doing anything about it to
take progress and steps towards those
goals towards having a life that you
want enough of that
it's not till you get to that point
where you finally say enough you draw
the line in the sand and you say enough
of that when are you going to get to
that point when are you going to finally
decide because everything that you need
to do you already know how to do it
everything that you want your life
whether it's the incredible body the
finances the wealth the relationship you
know what you need to do already to have
that you know that you need to take
action you know that you need to read
books and learn and improve yourself you
know that you need to go to seminars
invest in yourself you know you need to
go to the gym exercise stop eating this
stop eating that you know what you need
to do already it's just doing it and
just deciding that you're gonna do it
that's all it takes to change your life
maybe you're not going to get there
today or tomorrow but today you can take
the steps and the actions that you need
to take in order for you to get to where
you want to be in the near future
why wait five 10 years when you have to
go through all this struggle to pay in
the back and forth the sabotage you know
you start a diet you do it for a little
while then you sabotage it and you go
off of it for a while then you have to
go back on the diet or you start this
program you start to take action on it
and then you give up on it and then you
go on to the next thing enough of that
when are you gonna finally just say no
more I'm gonna do this I'm going to take
action today and tomorrow and the day
after that and I'm going to continue
being consistent in my life taking
action again and again and again that
will lead me towards the life that I
want it's a decision it's raising your
standards
it's just saying enough I'm gonna decide
right now today I'm gonna resolve this
you know you can change any behavior
anything is stopping your life right now
with a decision this decision is what
changes your entire life you know I'm 28
years old I've achieved a lot I've done
a lot of amazing things the most
important thing for me in my life are
one of the most important things is to
make sure I don't have a life of regret
I never want to have regrets in my life
I don't want to look back on my life and
wish that I could have done more for me
that's ultimate pain you know life is so
uncertain you could die at any moment I
could die today I give hit by a car who
knows when what is gonna allow you to
have peace about that in your life is
knowing that you've done all that you
can today and in the past that you feel
at peace you feel you know what I've
done the best that I could I've lived my
life I've enjoyed my life I've been
fulfilled
I've achieved goals I've made a
difference I've done everything that I
can
in the past up until today the best of
my ability that gives you peace but when
you have the regret and you didn't
follow through you didn't give it your
all you didn't take action that is
ultimate pain when it comes to the end
of your life and for me I never want to
have that discipline weighs ounces
regret weighs tons if you just take and
discipline yourself in the moment that's
bounces compared to tons of regret later
in your life the pain of that discipline
yourself to get off your ass and do
something in your life instead of
sitting there watching TV today and you
know watching a reality TV show whatever
it is that's great but why not take that
time and publish a Kindle book do
something man go to the gym go for a
walk start an online business go through
a course publish a Kindle book get
reviews for it do something because it's
all those little steps and action
today the consistency of that that leads
the big rewards the big successes and
everything that is that you want in your
life and it starts in every moment of
your life take an action making sure
that everything that you're doing is in
alignment with what it is you want if
your goal is to watch TV shows and you
actually have that as a goal in your
life just to watch movies and TV and to
like watch 20 movies this years or
whatever it is then find then then do
that because that's gonna support the
life that you want which is a goal is
set for yourself but if you've got goals
and things that are more important to
you then do them it's just saying enough
enough of that let's do something with
our lives let's take action let's make
every day count let's not live with
regrets anymore and take action and make
decisions but that's the only difference
between your life and someone that has a
better life than yours decisions that's
the ultimate power you know I was
reading an article about this man who's
in his 40s and you know he has massive
regret in his life because he spent his
whole life just trying to make money and
he was working all day late hours of the
night you know evenings weekends
didn't you know missed out on time with
his family with his wife with his kids
was you know I had to make sacrifices
and his body his health all this sort of
stuff and you know he's in his 40s and
his wife is cheating on him his wife has
left him his kids hate him he has no
relationship with them his body is
deteriorating he has no health and
vibrancy and energy he has none of that
he just sacrificed his life towards you
know trying to make money trying to you
know support himself and I thought you
know what's the difference between me
and him I'm 28 he's 40 what's the
difference between me and someone that's
homeless that's you know 28 years old or
what's the difference between me and
something that has an even greater life
than I have it comes down to decisions
I just made different decisions than
that person did every life everyday
you're making decisions there's big
decisions and there's little decisions
this decisions of what I'm gonna have
put in my body every day those decisions
every single day multiple times a day
throughout certain period of time will
make a big difference in your life
you'll either be fat or you'll be fit in
ten years based on that small decision
that you make every single day the
decision of hey I'm gonna go to this
seminar I'm gonna invest in this I'm
gonna read this book I'm gonna go to the
gym I'm gonna take action on this I'm
gonna start a business I'm gonna publish
a Kindle book whatever it is those are
all decisions that I made I'm gonna
start a blog whatever decisions that I
made that'll lead me to where I am today
wherever you are today in your life you
have to accept that because you're the
one that's made the decisions that
brought you to where you are today
you decided who you're going to be in a
relationship with we're you're gonna
have in your life where you're gonna
work what are you gonna do with your
days and do with your life those are all
decisions that you made whether you're
gonna go and party and have fun or
you're gonna sacrifice and work on your
business and try to get ahead all these
decisions lead to your destiny your
decisions determine your direction in
life in 10 years you will surely arrive
but the question is where in 10 years
well you have the life that you've
always dreamed of where you have the
body the vibrancy the health the
relationship the finances the freedom
the success the fulfillment the
happiness that you really want in 10
years you will either have that or you
won't
starts with today starts with right now
in this moment the decisions that you're
making right now so I urge you make new
decisions take action do something use
this video as motivation somehow to move
forward
whatever you're going to do today
whether they're sitting on the couch or
you know you're probably just sitting
there watch
YouTube videos whatever it is turn off
the computer and do something turn off
youtube
turn off Facebook take action move
towards your goals I know you have goals
that are there that you want to achieve
and know that there's things that you've
been procrastinating on I know it and
yet you're sitting here on Facebook
watching YouTube wasting your life
wasting your time watching TV when you
have things that are more important that
are gonna bring you the happiness the
success the life that you want so I urge
you I encourage you to say enough no
more it's time to do something it's time
to take action it's time to make some
