hey guys this is stefan from
projectlifemastery.com I'm shooting this
video right now with my brand new
wireless mic as you can probably tell
from the sound quality with my brand new
video camera in my brand new apartment I
recently bought this place as an
investment property and it's one of the
goals that I had at the start of the
year 2013 and right now I have some
showings here today so I thought I'd you
know try out my new video equipment and
shoot some videos for you guys and this
video is gonna be on my 2013 New Year's
resolutions it's gonna be an update to
let you guys know you know how I'm doing
with that what's changed and and just
give you a progress report update which
i think is a really important piece when
you set a goal you know most people they
set their New Year's resolutions and
they just forget about it they never
look at those again and unfortunately
99% of people never actually achieve
their resolutions because of that and
the moment you set a goal your job isn't
done you know a goal is something that
requires constant focus and energy and
you have to check in with yourself and
you have to make sure you're still on
you have to you and that's what this
video blog is about and so what I'm
gonna do is I'm going to go through my
2013 resolutions let you know what's
changed give you progress updates and
you know hopefully this will provide a
lesson for you to look at yourself and
your goals and make any adjustments if
you need to okay so I have my goals
right here that I posted on my blog you
can make sure you check that out on
project life mastery comm I have a whole
video and everything about them at the
start of the year so the first goal I
had here was I will easily be a hundred
sixty pounds at six percent body fat and
compete in the WBFF fitness model
competition on July 13th 2013 and this
is a goal that's actually changed for me
after there's a few reasons for that so
after talking to my coach and everything
you know I realized that that wasn't
really my goal my goal right now is
actually to put on some more muscle mass
so I can compete again next year and I
realize that that goal is kind of in
conflict a little bit with some other
things I had you know I wanted really
this year to focus more on my
health and do a cleanse and just really
increase my energy and everything and
then you know doing a fitness
competition it was a little bit in
conflict with that I felt and it's also
a little bit in conflict with you know
just some other things that I wanted to
do you know I want to spend more time
traveling this year you know I'm in a
relationship this year as well and I'm
also more focused now on my blog and my
businesses and when you're doing a
fitness competition requires so much
commitment effort energy and focus that
it can kind of take away a little bit
from those other areas and so I made an
adjustment there and I actually still am
gonna achieve that goal but I've
postponed it now to next year and I'm
okay with that and that's something that
people need to understand is okay you
know your goals are gonna change based
on the timing that you have in your life
or the stage of life that you're in so
I'm completely okay with that and right
now my focus there is just being healthy
being fit you know I still work out
every day and to put on some more muscle
mass so that next year I can look
significantly better than I did the year
before and so I think that will really
pay off for me number two I'll easily
make $10,000 a month passive income on
Kindle by December 31st 2013
now this goal has been going really well
now if you watched my other video blog I
have one on passive income I talked
about the different methods that I
personally use to make money online and
the one that I've been getting into now
since last year has been Kindle and
Kindle has provided a lot of opportunity
for me and I've really just mastered the
whole process and it's been going really
well and I'm already up to now $6,000 a
month a passive income just from that
and that's not including all the other
income sources that I have and it's been
great I've been actually coaching a lot
of people on it all of my clients have
been getting great results I know they
have been making a passive income from
it and so I can definitely say that I'm
on track with that goal and that's an
important thing is when you look at the
goal you know maybe there's a strategy
that you might have to change maybe what
you're doing is really working and
you're gonna be able to project into the
future to see that if you keep up the
behaviors the pattern that you're doing
right now is that still gonna reach that
objective that you have so I'm pretty
confident with this goal if I keep going
forward with it number three is I'll
easily buy an investment property by
December 31st 2013 as you can see I've
achieved that goal I just achieved it
just this last month and it closed on
everything and I'm really happy about
this goal just because it was a goal
that I had for last year that didn't
achieve and I had to put it off till
this year and you know it was a really
good learning lesson for me you know
there's a lot that goes into buying a
place and investing in it and renting it
out and everything and I'm just really
proud of myself there so pat on the back
goes to me
number four I'll easily launch my first
product on project life mastery by
December 31st 2013 now this is a goal to
have kind of achieved but I kind of
haven't you know I did launch a product
just this Bellino a few weeks ago which
was my my book my ebook which is
available on Amazon and on Kindle if you
want to check it out by the way go-to

mastery book and I'm really proud of
that it's been going really really well
I've been really excited about it but
that wasn't really the product that I
had in mind for this year the product
that I had in mind this year is a video
product a video series and you know it's
still in the works I've been working on
it for the last month now but it's
designed to help people make passive
income online and it's a whole
step-by-step walkthrough program so that
goal is still the works today it's gonna
get achieved and I'm gonna be working on
that for the next few months so
hopefully that will be out soon goal
number five I'll easily move to Yaletown
into a beautiful one bedroom and office
apartment by December 31st 2013 okay so
this goal I haven't achieved yet I'm on
track for it I plan on moving in October
November so it's still gonna achieve
that goal and it's in the works
home number six I'll easily continue to
build an amazing passionate loving
relationship with Jessica where I'm
focused on meeting her needs being
present for her with us both growing
towards an incredible
by December 31st 2013 and this goal is
still going amazingly well I just got
into a relationship at the start of this
or actually late last year and it's been
going amazing it's been going great you
know I really think a relationship add
so much juice to your life it gives you
so much more fulfillment than you'll
ever have from achieving a goal of
making money or anything else and you
know relationship requires constant
focus you know it's something that you
don't just achieve it and that's it you
know you have to constantly nurture it
and grow it and so I'm really happy
about how that's going
number seven is I'll easily go to Mexico
for one week with Jessica by December
31st 2013 that goal hasn't been achieved
yet but it's I'm planning for it in
around December time you know where I
live here in Vancouver summer times
coming up you want to make sure you
enjoy the weather and everything while
you can where winter time that's when
you just want to get away and go to
Mexico so I still plan on going with
Mexico this year number eight I'll
easily wake up each morning happy
excited and passionate levels nines and
tens by December 31st 2013 that has been
going really well to people watching my
morning ritual video then you'll know
that what that's about but you know for
me I've been pretty consistent with that
there's been a few days here and there
where you know I have a meeting in the
morning or whatever and I'm unable to do
it but the whole purpose of it is just
taking the time for yourself taking the
time just to feel grateful to feel happy
to give yourself you know the emotions
that you want to experience every single
day and that's something I think I've
been pretty good at so far this year so
I'm really happy with that's going and
that's an ongoing goal that's a goal
that is never gonna end it's never
something you just achieve and that's it
that's something that you have to
constantly do every single day and the
more that you do it the more you
condition those emotions the more
automatic and natural it's gonna be and
eventually you just wake up you don't
have to do a morning ritual but you just
wake up happy and this is part of who
you are because you've spent so much
time conditioning to be that for that to
be a part of you so I'm still keeping
that goal up number nine and I'll easily
do a 7 to 10 day cleanse to detox my
body and increase my health and energy
December 31st 2013 I achieved that goal

and that was one of the best things I
did this year you know I realized and
that's you know
soon after I decided not to do the
fitness competition that I just needed
to cleanse my body I needed to take a
break from it and just focus more on
health and having more energy because I
wasn't really feeling the way that I
felt before and so you know I took those
10 days I found the best program out
there and it was a definitely a
life-changing thing for me and my whole
diet lifestyle has changed as a result
of that cleanse and so I'm actually
planning on doing another one later this
year just because I received so much
benefit from it so if you're the type of
person that you want to go into cleanse
you want to lose weight or detox

goal number 10 I'll easily buy a Vitamix
blender by December 31st 2013 I've
achieved that goal as well pat on the
back you know I'm really into you know
this year I've been into blending and
juicing and that kind of stuff and all
the blenders that I had before they're
just crappy they all sucked all them
would break you know the quality of them
was just really weak and so that that's
why the goal was to invest in a Vitamix
you know I'll never have to buy another
blender ever again and it's that's been
a life-changing thing for me as well
just because the recipe is and how
that's improved my health by having
green smoothie isn't everything that's
definitely been something that has
really helped me a lot and actually I'm
gonna be shooting a video here soon to
do a whole review about the Vitamix
blender as well so stay tuned for that
number eleven I'll easily buy a new
macbook by December 31st 2013 goal
achieved yes my new MacBook Pro right
here 15-inch number 12 I'll easily buy a
new high quality camera and mic by
December 31st 2013 goal achieved
hopefully the sound quality in the video
is it's pretty good here so the first
time I've ever used it so forgive me if
I mess up somehow
and number thirteen is all easily by a
new juicer by December 31st 2013
Coolidge Eve dare as well
you know I did a video blog about this -
it's the mate omega j8003 and that's
been a life-changing thing for me - i
actually incorporated juicing as part of
my morning ritual work you know wake up
i drink water before i eat anything i
juice and the reason for that is my body
your body is still detoxing in the
morning you're detoxing while you're
sleeping and then in the morning and so
when you put food in your body the detox
process stops because now it has to
digest something whereas with juice you
don't have to keep you don't have to
digest anything and so your body just
floods it with all the nutrients and
everything from that juice and you have
a huge spike of energy more than you'll
have with caffeine or anything else so
I'm really happy with that goal that's
been a life-changing thing for me and
just really improve my health on so many
levels but that's that's basically it
for this year so I'm feeling really good
so far about this year were only 5
months in you know May is coming up here
and I've already achieved a lot of the
goals that I have and there's many more
to come that I've you know I've yet to
achieve that are gonna require a lot of
hard work discipline and everything but
I'm feeling really good about it I
really believe them they achieve them
and so the lesson here the whole message
of this is for you to check in with
yourself how are you doing with your
goals you know check in take them out
spend a few minutes right now and just
take out your goals and ask yourself am
i on pace to achieve this goal or am i
not on pace what needs to change with
this goal you know an example might be
if you have the goal of you want to lose
50 pounds and you haven't lost 5 or 10
pounds so far this year well something
has to change
you know maybe the strategy of what
you're doing isn't working maybe you
have to increase how much you're working
out or what you're doing there or the
foods that you're eating or maybe it's
the mindset maybe you got to make a
shift in your level of thinking or you
have some sort of block or obstacle that
is getting in your way and not unless
you actually look at your goals and base
them and confront them then you'll never
be aware of what
to change or what you need to do to
actually achieve that goal and I think
that's one thing that stops people from
this is they're afraid to look at their
goals because they don't want to feel
like a failure they don't want to feel
disappointed and you know that's not the
way to do it you have to confront them
you have to look at it if you want to
make that change and still achieve those
goals so I encourage you to take a few
minutes just look at your goals you know
if you're doing a hundred a challenge
then you'll know that they have
something called the after-action review
which is every two weeks or so you
actually have to check in with your
goals to see you know if you're doing is
working or not working and there's a lot
of value to that so I really encourage
you to take the time to do that I hope

my life and my goals I'm gonna thank you
