My WellnessFX Blood Test Results



hey what's up everyone this is Stefan
hope you're going awesome I just got
back from Whistler on the weekend and
completed for the second year in a row
nail the Tough Mudder obstacle that I
went up with my girlfriend and it was a
goal that I set this year and I'm a
little bit sore I'm a little bit beat up
if you don't know what Tough Mudder is
is basically an obstacle course that
they put together all over the world and
it's a couple miles or running couple
miles and you're going through obstacles
and getting beat up and you're covered
in mud and it's a lot of fun so I'm
doing great from that but the purpose of
this video today is I want to share to
you guys a little bit about health and
some of the important revelations that
have had with my own health and the
progress the growth that I've been
making in this area many of you guys
know life mastery health is the
foundation of that and I want to make
sure I'm transparent with you guys and
share with you what I've discovered
about my health and hopefully through my
transparency my story my experience I
can help some of you to improve and
optimize your health and your well-being
as well now many of you guys know some
of the goals that I set for myself this
year as part of my monthly goals reports
was to get adequate testing done and I
really wanted to go comprehensive with
this to really understand what's going
on with my health and my body and it's
not that there's really anything wrong
with me I don't experience any any
noticeable symptoms or anything like
that I'm a pretty energetic person I'm a
pretty happy person I'm someone that is
fit active doesn't have you know I don't
take any medications or anything like
that but regardless I one thing I've
learned is that even though you might
not notice anything on the outside
internally there might be something
going on that you're not aware of or
maybe you can experience much higher
levels of energy health and well-being
that you're not really aware of because
you're just kind of used to being in
this default way of living your life or
this default level of energy that you
experience and how you feel most of the
day and so for me I'm not into settling
in my life I'm not into just being
average I want the maximum experience of
life and I want to make sure that I can
optimize myself and improve myself
regardless you know self improvement
doesn't necessary
mean that there's something wrong with
you I mean it could mean that everything
in your life is great but you want to
grow you want to expand you want to
become better and so for me this year I
wanted to really go deep into
understanding my body what's going on
with it get a lot of different testing
done and if everything is great then
awesome
you know that's fantastic but if there
is something that can be improved or
there's something going on they're not
even aware of then I want to make sure
that I can catch that as early as
possible because I think in a lot of
cases things like cancer and heart
disease and a lot of these health
conditions a lot of people have they can
be prevented they can be preventable in
some regards if you can catch them early
and maybe become aware of some of these
things that are yet to happen or occur
at a later stage of your life and that
sometimes they can kind of get masked
because you might be a little bit
younger so I shared on my goals reports
earlier this year I got a lot of blood
work done and I also did a video blog
I'm not sure if you guys remember that
I think was back in March or April where
I went to San Diego and many of you guys
might remember that doesn't a San Diego
for the Brendon Burchard event as well
as the traffic and conversion summit and
I went there also to get some blood work
done and I shared that in that video
blog but today in this video I'm going
to show you guys my computer which is
right here and I'm going to do a screen
share with you guys there Sheriff you
too some of the results of the blood
test that I got done and what's been
going on with my health and what I've
been doing to improve it and optimize it
since and the blood test that they got
done was back in March or April so it
has been a few months and I've been
pretty proactive and improving but I
want to show you guys a little bit about
the blood test that I got done and why I
got it done and for those that are
interested in it I can share a link with
you guys as well now I think blood is
one of the most accurate ways of getting
testing done there's many other ways of
getting testing and that's why I've also
been doing urine tests and different
types of tests as well but I think the
main purpose of this as I said is having
that awareness to know exactly what's
going on in your body because you know
I've been guilty of this I'm not sure if
you have as well but you know in the
past
just kind of aimlessly take supplements
or you kind of think that there's
something wrong with you you don't
really know what it is and you're kind
of guessing and in my opinion it's not
until you actually get the you know do
the testing and have that awareness that
you can really optimize our health and
make sure that your money's going in the
right places you're buying the right
supplements they're going to benefit you
the most specifically and optimize from
there and for me so far I shared with
you guys already my results of my
mercury toxicity which is something that
I you know I'd never felt any symptoms
of in any way but I decided you know
what I want to get this testing done
regardless so I could just see what is
the level of heavy metals that they have
in my body and that was an eye-opener
for me I didn't realize and know that I
have mercury toxicity and lead toxicity
and I've been on a detox since then so
I'm a big fan of investing in your
health because I think it's the best
investment you can really make you know
no amount of money once you lose your
health can you buy it back so it's
something that you have to really
nurture take care of protect and really
improve and take care of because it's so
precious to us it's our basically our
entire experience of our lives um anyway
so that you know testing has led me to
discover things about myself I wouldn't
normally know but I'm so grateful but
I've have the awareness up now because
I'm able to do something about it and
I'm able to do something about it when
I'm early when early on when I'm young
rather than when it's too late now when
it comes to blood testing what I wanted
to do is get a comprehensive blood test
done now the challenge that I have I
lived here in Canada we have free health
care now the challenge is I just go to
the doctor and I say hey Doc I want to
get some blood work done
the challenge is they're not going to do
blood work unless they there's a reason
for them to actually go through with
that and not unless they think there's
any reason or purpose for that they're
not going to do it because they don't
want to spend the money you know the
government's money and everything to get
these blood tests done if there's no
reason to and so that's kind of a
challenge that I've had and then also
I've found that if I go to the doctor
and say hey I want to get my
testosterone tested or certain things
you know maybe if you're a woman getting
her thyroid tested or whatever it is
they'll test only certain things but
they won't do a cop
test and they're not really testing the
most important thing that matters a most
so I personally have been frustrated
with the medical system as a way of
getting tested and depending on that I'm
not sure how it is where you live in the
world but that's why I decide you know
I've got to go to some private companies
and clinics that can actually allow me
to do the testing that I really want and
that I really need and go really deep
with it with the purpose of optimization
because the medical system for the most
part isn't designed for optimization
only if there's something wrong with you
they're you know they're going to test
things and prescribe certain things to
you but it's not necessarily if you're
already feeling great because they look
at me and say you're young you're
healthy you're fine there's no reason
for us to spend a government money to do
this so that's why I went to a company
called wellness FX now wellness FX is a
company that I came across after doing a
lot of research and also having a lot of
friends and mentors that I work with
that are you know much more than myself
with health and well-being it's a
company that they use and it's a company
in the US and they've partnered with
different labs where you go to the lab
they take all the blood based on the
package that you sign up for and then
they send it to wellness FX and then
wellness FX puts everything for you all
your results on their website and they
let you know exactly where you're at in
numbers but also they color code it
versus green orange and red I'll show
you guys in a little bit based on where
your app what is like alarming that you
need to improve right away that
something could be wrong with you and
then the green obviously is what's
what's going great within you so I've
got my results here on my computer I'm
going to show you guys that but it
brought different level of awareness to
me the other great thing with them is
that they have they have natural paths
that you can schedule with all over the
world that can help you go over your
results and help you give you some
advice and whatnot to improve you know
whatever those issues might be but for
me it's been really comprehensive they
have a lot of different packages and
it's definitely met my needs and I'm
actually due to get another test done as
well just to compare the difference of
what I've been doing to see how that's
improved
okay I've been talking long enough I'm
going to switch my screen now so that
you guys can see my results these are my
personal health results from this and
I'm going to share with you guys a
little bit about it and and should show
you guys the results of the house all
right so right now I'm logged into my
wellness FX members area we're Mabel to
review the results of a recent blood
test and as you guys can see everything
is categorized based on the different
parts of the body the different tests I
did the premium tests that includes
everything but there's different
packages that they have based on what
you want to get tested so for example
right here we have my cardiovascular
health and as you can see they go really
really in-depth to testing everything
from your basic lipid panel your LDL
particles here's all the different tests
and components of that that are included
here HDL particles inflammation and then
we're going to go into fatty acids and
all the different categories so so first
you're able to see you know my total
cholesterol LDL HDL triglycerides etc
and it gives me a number and it's also
giving me a color as an indicator of
just how I'm doing based on what their
averages which is more of an optimize
performance and so wellness FX has some
of their own baseline recommendations
I'm not sure if it's just in general or
if it's something that they've chosen as
optimization they do have a lot of
videos and stuff I'd have to maybe look
into that a little bit more but with
each of these for me when I came across
this I didn't understand everything and
I spend a lot of time researching and
understanding my body and what's going
on on a lot deeper level because of this
test so for example if you want to learn
more about each LDL you can click on it
and it's going to give you a bit of a
summary it's going to tell you where
you're at right here and it's also going
to tell you whether you're low risk
moderate high risk give you some
suggestions and it's pretty
comprehensive they even have videos and
stuff and they go into different things
so for example for myself everything was
pretty good
except for my good cholesterol my HDL
and so they had different suggestions
increasing my unsaturated fats avocado
olive oil nuts increasing activity avoid
smoking and there's a video to help you
learn more about it so I found that
really useful because hey you know what
I mean this this right here is the most
accurate results of that for myself and
it's an eye-opener for me hey you know
there's something I can do about it
here's the suggestions and I can
implement any protocol new diet plan and
then you get tested again and see the
difference you know a lot of these I
personally didn't understand what they
were and so I really learned a lot by
going through this and understanding it
you know this one here is red for me the
ecl particles and so I was researching
that and what I can do to improve that
and everyone obviously is going to be a
little bit different you know my
information is as good and explains what
that is
inflammation is your body's reaction to
stress or injury though inflammation can
be helpful in the short-term long-term
inflammation be harmful so it goes into
the details of that
here we go into fatty acids so these are
the oily substances that help build cell
membranes through in excess increased
deposits and blood vessels leading to
cardiovascular disease so I was able to
learn a lot about myself for this as
well and again my free fatty acids was
low everything else seemed to be good
the fatty acid ratios here could be
improved and I'm not going to go through
all of it with you guys I personally
don't really have I'm not able to
articulate a lot of the information and
go deep into it but I just want to give
you guys an overview of it metabolic
health so diabetes insulin resistance
everything was good there for me which
is great hi Roy I wrote I found and just
a metabolic health and hormones really
important the test because often if you
go to the doctor and you get a thyroid
test they're not going to test
everything that you need to know here
they're they're not going to test you
know that all the different the free T
of t3 and t4 and all the different ones
that are really important and so I
thought it's really important to make
sure that you go to a private place or
your doctor will do a really
comprehensive one but to get all of
these tested a comprehensive test I
found is really really important so my
thyroid is good metabolic hormones were
good now reproductive hormones on the
other hand there is definitely some
improvement to be made and the most
alarming thing that I got from this test
and the biggest thing I've been working
on has been my testosterone so I found
that my testosterone is low really low
based on this and give me some
suggestions and whatnot and I've
actually the suggestions here actually
weren't that useful I've done a lot of
research since then and I might do
another video to share with you guys
what I've been doing to increase that
but estrogen also was a little bit out
of whack
testosterone free testosterone so this
was a big eye-opener for me and I found
that I've gotten my testosterone tested
in the past by just going to the you
know my local doctor but they weren't
doing a comprehensive test that helped
me understand some other aspects as well
so this for me it was an eye-opener
liver health on the other hand
everything was good so happy to hear
that kidney health good electrolytes
good bone health good now they're mainly
you know I think one thing I understand
to you is that you know with bone health
and some of these things we're testing
the blood so it doesn't necessarily mean
that it's you know totally good for
example bone health I have lower bone
density but what it's basically
measuring is that you know the calcium
in my blood is good that doesn't
necessarily mean that my bone density is
as good as it could be okay so there are
some limits to blood test but you know
for the most part you know when it comes
to the calcium of my blood and the
different things are detecting and
finding then it's good blood health you
know goes into your white blood cells
everything is pretty good and healthy
for me here iron was low okay so that
was one thing that you know is pretty
easily correctable with supplementation
but that was one thing I brought to my
attention vitamins and minerals
everything was good there yeah so
basically guys you know it's pretty
comprehensive as you can tell
goes into a lot of details I'll probably
do another video to share with you on
increasing your testosterone if that's
something you're interested in because
I've been biohacking that like crazy and
done a lot of research and a lot of
different technologies and foods and
things that I've been doing to really
increase that a lot of workout programs
i've been modifying the increase my
testosterone which is really really
important
but overall guys that is a snapshot of
my health from this blood test and i'll
show you guys some of the different
packages you know and by the way this is
just one company i think there's many
others out there this is just the one
that I chose to go with and this might
not be for you at all but I just want to
share it with you guys
they have different packages I did the
premium which is the most expensive I
probably won't do that for a while I'll
probably do like another checkup like
the e checkup or just maybe do a
specialty package based on you know what
you know for example if I wanted to do
you know my hormones again I'd probably
do the performance one or if you just
wanted to do an advanced thyroid you
could do that but here's a different
town the different differences here and
what's included what they test premium

guys there you have it those are the
results of my wellness FX blood test and
hopefully by this process I can inspire
you guys to be a little bit more
proactive with your health to raise your
standards to become more aware of what's
going on in your body your health your
blood to get testing done whether that's
something like this maybe it's just
going to your doctor getting whatever
may be free test that might be available
or whatever your insurance might cover
to get something done just to be a
little more proactive and and just more
aware of your health regardless of how
old you are because I think a lot of
young people have the misconception that
they're invincible and that nothing will
ever happen to them and that's not the
case if you could feel better if you
could be happier if you can improve your
health or energy well-being then should
you the answer is of course yes and for
me health is the most important area in
my life and it's what allows everything
else to work in my life and function at
the max and so I've always believed in
investing in
and taking good care of it and the
awareness of actually getting the test
done can often be a wake-up call for a
lot of people and and really motivate
you to eat better to take better care of
your health and to improve and
especially now that you have a plan
after doing some testing so whatever is
your means of improving and testing your
health I recommend that you practice
that and improve in whatever way that
