that I can to provide a lot of great
content on YouTube and I put a lot of
great content for free but if you want
the deeper stuff if you want the more
premium content relating to building a
business and you want to personally have
me answer your questions every month and
coach you and be a part of it then this
is a program that again is for those
that want to go deep not just the ones
that there's a lot of free information
out there you can find a youtube blog
post etc but from my experience it's not
going to be the best quality information
and oftentimes can overwhelm people in a
lot of different ways too and then also

we open that up in December and we had
people join that's when we promoted and
marketed that it might be available
later on in the year but right now I'm
focused on some other projects and to

everything is it's quite a big process

information overload
yes information overload is an issue I
actually for me personally I don't
really I'm very strategic to be honest
with you guys about a lot of the content
that I consume online because I know
other that you can spend so much time
consuming too much and so for me I'm
personally very strategic about who I
learn from and when I learned from
someone I like to really fully commit to
them as my mentor and go through their
philosophy their beliefs their training
their strategies and whatnot because
oftentimes you learn from so many
different sources and you learn from
this person and then this person and
this person and then a lot of what they
say can conflict' with one another and I
don't know that's just me personally but
one person will say this is the way this
is what you got to do and the other
person will say this is the way this is
what you got to do and then the third
person is advising you to do this and
then you just get confused you get
overwhelmed and then you don't end up
taking any action whatsoever you get
caught up in analysis paralysis and
information overload and for me
personally I'm very strategic about what
I consume I try to make sure that I
invest in the right trainings and
courses mentors that are most relevant
to what I need the most help with and
that is aligned also with my values of
what's important to me as well so it has
to be you know I have to you know even
for me personally the people that I like
to learn from are people that are very
contribution driven and almost kind of
sounds strange but they're very heart
based in terms of they really care they
really want to serve and that
message resumes with me a lot more than
some of the other people that are out
there and I think it's nothing wrong
with that I think every one there's just
different people for every one you know
everyone's gonna relate to people in a
lot of differents Adrienne says thank

you consider minimally and what
percentage of it to be active income you
know really you want to start with one
stream of income and then you want to
diversify to multiple streams and it
depends you got to be strategic about
how you diversify your income I think a
lot of people they try to create too
many streams at the beginning and it's
very challenging you know because you've
got to make sure that you build up one
to be a secure long-term sustainable
stream of income before you diversified
to building up other streams as well so
you know that's that's what I recommend
don't try to overwhelm yourself too much

I start well first if you're gonna coach
anything you've got to have some
credibility you've got to have some
results and you have to you know have
results other people want and have the
skills and the knowledge that you can
share with people and you know I often
recommend if you want to do coaching
coach people for free at first just to
gain their skills and to get
testimonials from people help them get
results and then once you've done that
then you're gonna it's gonna help you to
actually have people pay you for for
coaching and your help
and you
to grow from there Veronica said you
used to be very shy what do you do to
gain confidence I actually have a great
video on how to overcome shyness that is
on the YouTube channel so check it out
on YouTube I think it's called how to
overcome shyness but you know really the
way that you overcome these fears these
dopes these insecurities or whatever it
is is that you have to confront it you
have to face them I think a lot of
people are looking for a way around that
they're looking for a way to conquer a
challenge in their life without facing
it head-on and they're looking for a
book they're looking for some
affirmation that can help them with that
instead of just going out there and and
confronting that fear you know as the
the saying goes feel the fear and do it
anyways so you know I'm a big believer
in that and that's what I personally did
is I did the things that scared me and
terrified me and that's what allowed me
to become more confident and overcome
the shyness that was holding me back
publishing on Kindle is working anymore
of course as long as Kindles around and
it's growing and people are buying on
Amazon and Kindle then there's always
give me an opportunity to profit and
publish on Amazon and published on
Kindle Amazon Kindle is bigger than it's
ever been right there's more people that
are buying books not just Kindle a
paperback audiobooks etc so as long as
you you know any you know this authors
every day that are publishing books you
know new bestsellers that are coming up
on the scene all the time so if you
publish a book you got to market it you
got to sell it and strategies have
evolved with marketing but as long as
you do that then that's what's gonna
give you the advantage someone said
what's the difference between my online
I'm sorry what's the difference between
my one-on-one coaching the online
business mastery accelerator well my
one-on-one coaching is really expensive
it's unaffordable for most it's more so
for people that are already at a certain
level that can actually afford to pay
thousands of dollars for me to work with
them and coach them and consult with
them if you're a newbie or beginner you
you don't have a lot of money or
resources this is a much more affordable
option and then those I also recommend
to invest in a good course a training
program that can teach you the
strategies and guide you through the
steps so this is just a more affordable
option because you could ask me
questions we need to go live as a group
you know with people that I'm working
with and teaching some strategies with
as well and what I want coaching for me
I can only take on so many people like I
can only take on
I only take on five clients at a time
and my rates go up to you know it
becomes more expensive as time goes on
and I might even just stop doing
one-on-one coaching there's been times
right to stop because I'm traveling them
focus on some other things too and so
I'm not very accessible in terms of
one-on-one coaching and again it's just
for people that that you know I work
with a lot of big businesses that need
help with marketing online that are
seven-figure businesses those are the
businesses that hire me for coaching and
consulting to help them grow their brand
in their business so if you're one of
those people great but if not then
there's a more affordable ways

coaching that could be potentially be
affordable for the average Joe just
getting his start well if you're just
starting out you don't need personalized
coaching like a lot of people you know
they come to me from one on one coaching
and I'm like great have you been through
my courses yet have you been through my
products yeah are you getting results
from that if you're not everything that
I would share with you if you were to
come over to my apartment now and sit
down I would teach you everything that I
already teach inside my courses so the
courses are more affordable way for you
to learn without having to work with
someone one-on-one and pay a lot of
money to learn information that I just
teach you inside a course coaching is
more so when you're at a certain level
and you're ready for the personalized
help to go to the next level otherwise
and you already have something that
someone like myself can get you feedback
on and help you optimize or improve or
help you with the strategies in the plan
so if you're brand new get a course get
a training that will teach you the
basics and and go help you through that
process in those steps and then once you
hit a plateau with that and you're you
know then you want to get a coach or a
mentor to help you with that right so
you know I think you know some people
sometimes people come to me for coaching
and I'm like I tell them not to I tell
them go through what I have here first
because I don't want to have to cover
that with you in the one-on-one coaching
sessions that we have you know go
through everything that I have already
and then once you've applied that and
you're getting results from that and
then come talk to me and then we'll work
on helping you scale up and go to the
next level
