quick video because I just had a new job
position open up within project life
mastery a really important job of
operations and project manager and I
wanted to reach out to you guys to see
whether or not you know of someone that
would be a good fit for this position so

of an impact and to really free up
myself to focus more on the things that

the highest level as well to give you

master has grown so much over the almost
five years now coming up februari 2017
it's going to be five years you know
starting the youtube channel and it's a
pretty amazing thing how much we've
grown especially over the last year two
years it's really been exploding and a
challenge with any business is you know
oftentimes you start it as a one-man
show as you grow you know kind of gets a
little bit out of control you've got to
hire other people to help you do what
you're able to do give you guys an idea
I have seven people that work full time
within project life mastery than other
freelancers that also help just me be
able to do what I do to serve you guys
at this level but the challenge that you
know I face is that as you build a team
requires a lot of time to manage a team
and to train them and be on top of them
and for me personally that's not really
my core skill set I enjoy more so
creating content and learning and
sharing and sharing my gifts the best
way that I can and so I'm looking for
somebody that can be my right-hand man
or woman someone that can you know run
the operations of the business manage
the amazing team that we have someone
that has experience with internet
marketing someone that has that has
leadership skills somebody that has
great communication skills attention to
detail self-motivated someone is able to
work from home excuse me and someone is
committed to the vision that I had an
aligned with project life mastery in
terms of helping people master and
improve every aspect of their life
whether that's building a business
creating more freedom more motivation
more success happiness joy fulfillment
better relationships whatever that might
be someone that is going to be aligned
with that now this is not for everyone
I'm very clear on exactly what I'm
looking for for this position and I'm
only going to consider applicants that
are qualified for this position and
we've already had a lot of people that
have applied and I've got it quite a bit
of a hoop for people to jump through as
well because I want to make sure that
I'm not wasting any time and I'm really
speaking directly to the people that are
going to be the right fit for this that
I can interview and decide to hire for

of the process and so I've learned a lot
from that experience and I have even
more clarity now in terms of what I'm
looking for and so you know hopefully I
can find this person over the next few
weeks and be able to
continue to grow and be able to serve
you guys at the highest level alright
