if you're only focused on herself then
you will lose all motivation if you
achieve and you have your own needs
being met and so what I found and
recognized that if I act can actually
care and have
a bigger purpose than
myself and instead care and focus on
serving my family and my friends and
that's why I wanted you well for myself
and so that I can take care of my family
my friends and be able to give to them
and inspire them and help them in the
process then what happened was I even
had an even greater purpose more
motivation more power was moving to me I
think that being accountable to other
people is actually more powerful than
just being accountable to yourself and I
do what I do because I care about I care
about you as a follower subscriber of
mine and I want it helped and now when
my first purpose becomes greater for
wanting to serve the world more
motivation more power when you're
accountable to other people now you have
leverage on yourself you care about what
other people think you don't want to let
others people down you want to make sure
that you're respecting other people as
well but I'm always thinking hey how can
I add value how can i how can I serve
the world in some way you know that's
what's allowed me and you know man means
it want its desire to give to charities
and volunteer my time and you know help
people that are suffering I don't get
any return from that but you know it's
just a higher level of consciousness
and so whenever you meet people um you
know you can always tell what level
they're operating at because as you
raise your level of caring and you care
about more it gives more power to you
when you're terrible at something that's
larger than yourself you don't have to
worry about motivation ever again so do
that for myself primarily because it
helps me and it just so happens that it
inspires a lot of people and helps other
people in the process as well which is a
so accountability to other people focus
as well as being accountable to yourself
