like master calm and I'm coming to you
guys right now from beautiful La Jolla
San Diego and right now I'm at the La
Jolla Cove where you can literally see
hundreds of seals
there's laying around bathing in the Sun
it's pretty beautiful here and I'm here
right now my girlfriend
we're attending the Brendon Burchard
high performance Academy seminar and
also traffic and conversion summit is
happening this weekend and we decided to
come a little bit earlier and we've been
bike riding all day and just enjoying
the weather and having a great time here
in San Diego so I wanted to do a video
just to share with you guys a little bit
about the experience a day in the life
sort of things so that you guys can
check out and I can share with you guys
a little bit of what I'm up to enjoy
it's a little baby seal right here

what's up guys right now I'm on the
beach cruisers going for a bike ride
in La Jolla San Diego I gotta watch out
here because it might might crash my
bike but I'm gonna show you guys this
beautiful view

right there coming up it's a pretty cool
looking house

so right now I'm going through a bike
ride through a beautiful neighborhood in
La Jolla San Diego and one of my
favorite things to do when I travel is
something called dream building where I
basically try to experience as close as
possible something relevant and close to
my dream and one of my dreams has always
been to live in a beautiful house right
on the beach in California and so that's
why I'm biking right now through this
beautiful neighborhood and checking out
some of the houses that are here
checking out some of the beaches and
just kind of getting a feel and a taste
for what it'd be like to one day to be
able to have a house like this and be
able to experience it so I'm gonna share
with you guys some of the houses that
were checking out here pretty nice
pretty beautiful and whenever I do this
I try to associate an emotion to it and
imagine myself actually one day living
in a place like this and you know waking
up and doing my morning ritual on the
beach and going for a run and you know
maybe starting a family or whatever it
might be I try to imagine it as much as
possible so that I can manifest that in
the future this right here is a super
nice house really big and all these
houses are right on the beach got a
waterfront view really nice neighborhood

amazing
at all these houses right here on the
ocean
all right we just finished our bike ride
and now we're on Garnett Avenue and
we're gonna go get a massage at a place
here called happy head and they've got
all different types of massages so good
day to relax and and recover after a
long bike ride oh here it is coming up

right now he's found a farmers market
here and got lots of healthy things
juices and healthy foods and fermented
kombucha and mushrooms and yeah
sauerkraut and kimchi
all the good stuff all the good stuff
they should be put into your body I love
all this stuff we got some dark
chocolate here the real natural
unprocessed dark chocolate
here we got lots of fruit vegetables
from the farmers market that repair is
definitely not healthy

that's some stuff here called the
bitching sauce give some pretty good
sauce all right right now we're going to
cryotherapy session where we're gonna
freeze at I think minus 150 for three
minutes and if you haven't done the
crowd therapy before it's got a lot of
amazing health benefits helps you to get
rid of inflammation in the body helps
with recovery you burn like 500 800
calories in a session you know yeah your
skin your mood yep your body releases
different endorphins and chemicals so
it's really great for that great for
sleeping better too and you know Ashley
you have five hundred three hundred
calories which is pretty cool so they
actually don't have it available in
Canada because it's actually not been
approved by Health Canada so whenever I
come down to the US I always make an
effort to do a crowd arity session
and done it in Hawaii and Vegas and San
Diego so everywhere I go we do crowd
therapy alright here we dealt with when
the chillin notes pal therapy

it's like an icicle that's gonna crap
hey guys
right now we're in the back of an uber
and we're heading to quest labs here in
San Diego where we're gonna get some
blood work done because recently we
signed up to get some blood tests with
wellness FX wellness FX calm where they
do really comprehensive blood work that
help you test basically they have
different packages and allow you to test
your entire body for your performance
for your thyroid for your hormones for
your vitamins and minerals omegas
everything a whole comprehensive test
and we don't unfortunately have anything
like this in Canada and so this is
something I've been wanting to do for a
while you guys know one of my goals has
been to make sure that I get tested
because sometimes you never know right
you never know what could be you know
going on with your body and what you
really need the right supplements to
take unless you do the tests you find
out exactly where you're at and then
what you need to do to improve that and
so pretty excited we're both doing it
together you're gonna have to get a lot
of blood blood done because we're doing
the premium package that they have which
was about a thousand bucks I think and
they work with different labs in the
United States that they partner with and
so the lab you know there's no labs that
they partner with in Canada so that's
why we're doing it here in San Diego and
it's a fast
two o'clock so it's good for interment
fasting because what we're doing so but
we're hungry yeah this has been more
than 16 hours of fasting so far today
no rigorous exercise beforehand no food
just water but we'll share with you guys
I'll probably do another video in the
future sharing some more of my results
from it and because everything is online
once I do the test they send it to the
company and then the company wellness FX
they put it all on their website and
they have reports for you to download
and you can see exactly where you're at
whether it's good bad or he needs to be
improved or the details of that and then
I'll probably share with you guys a
little review of the company and my
experience with it overall see if it's
worthwhile something that I could
recommend to you guys so that's we're
gonna share with you guys a bit about
the journey hopefully you guys enjoyed
and that's what we're up to

all right we just finished getting our
blood work done and now we're waiting
for an uber to go to my favorite
restaurant called Cafe Gratitude and
I've got my sweater over my head because
I got sunburned yesterday and got to
make sure that I protect myself my head
is a little bit red and lesson learned
always makes sure that you wear
sunscreen when you go out in the Sun but
yak one of my favorite restaurant Cafe
Gratitude discovered it a number of
years ago in LA in Venice Beach area and
it's a healthy vegetarian vegan a lot of
just really healthy food and I'll share
a few guys a little bit about that
experience coming up

all right our food has arrived we've got
a lot of really healthy food this is our
favorite restaurant and we always make a
conscious effort when we travel to feed
ourselves with the highest possible
nutrition giving us the energy and you
can't go wrong this is actually yeah
it's a really expensive meal but it's
worth it your body's worth that your
house worth it
so you know it's gonna make sure that
you put it in the best fuel for your
body this is how we would always like to
heal our bodies with the highest form of
nutrition all right Jenna was shot

she doesn't do well with the strong

alright I'm grateful just for the
ability to travel and go to beautiful
city like San Diego one of my favorite
cities and hearing the Sun and being
able to just enjoy ourselves be able to
have the best food be in this restaurant
be able to share that with you I still
have a lot to be very important there's
so many things that we a but right now
I'm this beautiful my body so healthy
for me what's up guys it's a Thursday
morning and Tatiana and I are on the way
to downtown San Diego to attend the high
performance Academy by Brendon Burchard
we've had an awesome morning so far woke
up about 6:00 a.m. went for a run hit
our morning ritual right on the
boardwalk and
at our chooses this morning and it's
been a pretty productive morning so
far--and hours getting ready for an
awesome weekend of high performance
Academy then later tonight we're going
to an internet marketing party because
tomorrow the traffic and conversions
summit kicks off here as well and we're
going to be checking in on that to you
and connected with a lot of awesome
marketers and business people so keep
you guys posted throughout the day

all right we're here at the Hilton and
we just checked in and we just picked up
our new business cards that we just got
delivered here that we're waiting for us
at the hotel this is the project life

on the back got our information yeah
this is exactly the order these from

so it's always great to make sure you
have business cards for event seminars
that you go to we've made the mistake of
not having them yeah totally never know
who you're gonna meet right gonna make
sure that your network and connect with
people
so let's agree to be your fully and then
we're on a lunch break from the seminar
and we decided to come back to Cafe
Gratitude and enjoy some healthy meals
and one cool thing that we learned is
that whenever you want to learn from
someone that's successful or has a
certain result that you want is to ask
them a question what is the one thing or
the top three things for the top five
things that you do or would recommend to
be healthy to have a great relationship
to be successful to make money to
whatever it is but try to extract for
them their top one three or five things
and so right now with my with my
girlfriend Tatiana she's gonna share
five tips for being healthy while you
travel well I think that first of all
the most important
to plan ahead of time so 1:7 when I
travel we make sure that we don't travel
too
we indulge in culture we went to see
scenery but food is in the main purpose
of your child which a lot of people
think
no Paris and all I'm gonna eat are
baguettes and Poisson
crepes but you want to make sure that
yes you are enjoying some of that but
make sure that some moderation so for us
what we will do is we will you know
promise each other that we're going to
stay healthy you always create obvious
option on the menu whenever you do dine
out and then maybe have one day we if
anything if you do need to have a day
one day and we Furr you can just enjoy
yourself and try the different foods
problem you know you know
all that stuff self just making sure
it's not everyday because that's how
you're gonna end up returning home and
gaining five pounds and then another
thing is to also not eat out every day
so something that we do is we actually
find a grocery store like Whole Foods
sometimes with me harder in
but we find a grocery store where we can
actually buy groceries and have home to
prepare our own meals and then we also
get snacks so we get protein bars and we
get nuts and you keep those other
markers so I carry them around with us
and whenever we do get hungry if we're
in a place that we don't really know the
area there's nothing healthy then we can
resort to those instead of resorting to
having an awful meal and those are
filling because they say super satiate
you so we have like the higher fat
because it's a she
a long time another thing that you can
do is you can stay active so first thing
we do would ever be go anywhere as we
check in and then we go for a walk
around the area or a bike ride and by
doing this it's good for exercise but we
also get to see our surroundings so we
get to see where we are we get to see if
there's a grocery store nearby there's a
healthy food place
like what there is an area and then
every morning we get up and we do our
morning rituals and that involves
exercise so some places we are we don't
have access to a gym we're not seen at a
hotel we don't have access to a gym so
we just go for a run so we go for you
know 30-minute 40-minute run together
and just by staying active you're just
gonna feel healthier and you're not
gonna feel like you want to have a
formula that just applies for every area
and you're like when you stay healthy
physically you will make healthier
decisions
as well and last I think it's just
important to make sure that you're
drinking a lot of water always have
water bottles on you and
I don't know anything else that I'm
missing yet say that's good I used to
have them vacation just make the
decision to make the decision to make
sweat and not gain five pounds when
together
so we just Peterbilt for a server we
actually left a little message for her
and as she shared her business cards
because she has aspirations to maybe
create a blog or on YouTube and she has
a great energy for it so we left her a
little message and hope they can inspire
her
