SUPPLEMENTS: WHAT I Take, WHY I Take & WHEN I Take

hey everyone Stefan here from
projectlifemastery.com and in this video
we're gonna talk all about probably
guessed it supplements I've got a lot of
supplements here I literally cleared out
my cupboard and just took all the
supplements that I had put them here in
my kitchen my kitchen counter here and
I'm gonna go over them with you guys and
share the details of them a lot of
people have asked me about my
supplements what do I take why do I take
them the purpose the benefit some of
them here you might have seen before cuz
I've done some videos in the past around
certain supplements that I take you
might have seen them on my snapchat or
my daily rituals or things of that
nature so it might be a little bit
repetitive some of it might be totally
new for you so I'm gonna share them with
you guys why I take them and how I
benefit from them I don't take all of
these on a daily basis I want to make
that clear that it that would definitely
be a little bit excessive although I am
definitely excessive when it comes to
supplements as you can probably tell
just because I hold health to the
highest standard possible in my life I
believe that your health is your wealth
and if you don't take care of your body
this incredible gift that you've been
given then you're not gonna be able to
achieve what it is that you want in your
life you're not gonna be able to enjoy
whatever it is that you achieve and so
I'm a big believer in taking good care
of your body you know I treat my body
and myself like a high-performance
athlete if I want to be able to perform
at the highest level possible and be
able to be productive and achieve
success and to be able to make a
difference and be able to grow and do
these incredible things and even to be
able to enjoy my life then that's gonna
require an abundance of energy and a lot
of people I find you know what holds
them back is not the ability but it's
their energy you know what people can do
is incredible but what people will do is
often disappointing because a lot of
people don't have the energy that the
the vibrancy to really go after their
goals I can't tell you how many people
want to build a business they get home
from work and they're too tired they're
too exhausted they don't have the energy
or the focus to be able to actually be
able to build their business and to be
able to get out of that job that they
want to leave and be able to create
their own their own future for
themselves and so I believe in
and doing everything that I can to
improve my health and I believe there's
no greater investment and yes
supplements cost money and some of them
that I choose to purchase are more
expensive because I big fan of quality
which is very important when it comes to
supplements I'll talk a little bit about
that but you know for me when I didn't
have money some of these supplements
have been taken for years when I had no
money I still found a way to buy them
just because I believed in the value and
the benefit that I got from them so
there's a lot of debate about
supplements some people think that you
know they're they're a waste of money
some people believe that you can get
certain things from naturally from
nature and I think that's true to an
extent and oftentimes I don't like to
I'm not here to debate you if you have
strong beliefs like that oftentimes I
just approach people and I approach
things with an open mind and I always
say to myself you know what I'm gonna
try it I'm gonna measure it in my body
and then whether or not it makes a
difference for me and it gives me more
energy more and better health helps me
achieve the results of them after or
makes me healthier get less sick
whatever it might be I judge based on
that I judge based on my my personal
results and my personal experience with
the supplements that I take and
everything that I take here are all
brands and companies and supplements
that I've been taking for many years
that have served an incredible benefit
for me in my life and if they didn't I
wouldn't continue paying the money to be
able to take them and you know using
them on a daily basis right and just to
be clear to I'm a bit of a junkie when
it comes to supplements I can't tell you
how much money I've spent over the years
on supplements and something and a lot
of the money just trying different
things you know trying different brands
different types of supplements and I
have tried so many different things that
are out there and I'm always open to
that too I'm always willing to I I don't
like I'm just I have an open mind in
that way and the ones that I share here
all one so that I found incredible value
from that have benefited me immensely
and that I'm really passionate about the
certain brands and the supplements that
I take here so
that being said let's jump into it okay
so where should I start
oh my god I think I'll start with the
smallest to biggest here okay so and
some of the supplements there their base
aren't some are more health based some
are more Fitness based some are more
just like preventative base to so I'm
gonna explain them for you guys okay
first here I've got liquid vitamins and
minerals this is from my friends company
by optimizers and they're called primer
gen and I like to take liquid in a
colloidal form if possible with certain
supplements because you know you
basically put these drops underneath
your tongue and you have better
absorption it goes right to your cells a
lot better as well but these are
basically liquid multivitamin and B
complex and a fall vaq base and then
these ones here are 74 minerals and a
folic acid base and so I'll have links
and details to these but vitamins
minerals very important to take you know
you can get vitamins and minerals from
the foods that you eat but oftentimes a
lot of the foods that we eat are
deficient and a lot of the key minerals
and things of that nature a lot of you
know even fruits and vegetables the soil
is not as rich and and not as many
minerals in the soil as there once was
so I you know when it comes to eating I
definitely make sure that I eat a lot of
fruits vegetables a lot of juicing and
things of that nature but my philosophy
as well is that I want to make sure that
I get more than what's necessary that my
body needs I never want to be at a
deficit and I think a lot of people are
operating at a deficit and maybe it
might be your iron levels or maybe it
might be a zinc or B vitamins or
who knows you know there's so many
different vitamins and so I like to
ensure that by taking these supplements
these vitamins murals they ensure that I
I get what my body needs especially
because I have a very active lifestyle
you know I spend a lot of hours on that
treadmill desk just kidding but you know
I work out at the gym and I'm you know
I'm always kind of pushing myself more
and more in terms of my business and
being productive and things of that
nature so you know more than what's
necessary
but vitamins minerals I think very
important
i I do have liquid zinc here also I
don't take this every day but sometimes
you know I'll take it before bed good
for you know even our testosterone
levels you know especially for working
out and stuff but you know some of these
I like to take some that are more
specific to certain purposes to and I
think everyone's different and at one
thing I do recommend as well is really
making sure that you test things and
what I mean by that is even doing like a
blood blood test to see where you might
be lacking or what you might really need
you know I've done a lot of live blood
analysis where they take your blood you
look at it under a dark field microscope
and you also do a dry blood analysis as
well and it can help you know sure show
you the state of your blood and exactly
the level of health that you have and
you can see whether or not your red
blood cells are sticking together
they're clumped together you can see
that the field around them energy field
the toxicity the white blood cells and
and there's certain supplements that can
help you with that so I think that based
on maybe health challenges that you
might have things genetically in your
family or for yourself there might be
other supplements that you might take
that might serve a different purpose for
you that can really benefit you the best
vitamin b12 that's that that's actually
one thing that I've been deficient in
especially because I don't eat a lot of
meat I'm not like a hundred percent
vegetarian but I I'm pretty much in
because I really rarely eat meat I do
fish more than I eat meat but you know
making sure that you know iron or
vitamin B making sure that you're
getting that and your diet very
important for your energy as well you
know often you can find it in red meat
but if you don't eat a lot of that then
it might be worthwhile to supplement
with it but I found a difference my
energy with with vitamin b12 vitamin d3
this is a d3 spray by on it and this is
really important for me also for energy
and also for building your bones because
you know where I live in Vancouver it
gets cloudy gets rainy and you're not
you know there's not much Sun you know
more so during the summer time and
everything and so you're not getting as
much vitamin d3
which is really really important for
your energy levels so making sure that I
supplement with this very very important
if you live in a climate or an
environment we're not getting a lot of
sunlight definitely in vitamin d3 will
make a big difference for you the brand
for this is on it again these are by
optimizers which I like and this is a
vena originals and again I'm gonna have
links in a blog post to some of these as
well this is oil of oregano this I don't
take on a daily basis but I always take
it when I travel oil of oregano is an
amazing for purifying the purifying the
blood so you know if I get sick or
especially when I'm traveling you know
I'll take a few drops of this it's
really really strong does not taste good
but it's amazing in terms of just like
cleansing your body and helping you
recover there might be some occasions I
might you know take it here and there
but it's a very sporadic thing and I
will mention a lot of the supplements
that I do take I cycle so I'm a big
believer and like you take certain
things for maybe a few months and then
you maybe take a break and then you
reintroduce it again or you might I
might even have some of the same
supplements but different brands because
I like to cycle in that way too because
often times I know when it comes to food
you eat the same foods they day in day
out you actually your body produces an
inflammation can produce inflammation
from that it can actually develop food
allergies from that as well so that's
another reason why I like to cycle a
little bit here's one that was just an
immune defense I think I bought this
like and Dominican Republic or something
like that when I was there but you know
it's basically got just some like really
good natural ingredients and when it
comes to supplements you want to make
sure that you're as natural as possible
not taking synthetic supplements this
here is liquid ionic calcium magnesium
and this has been a really important one
for me because I've done DEXA scans
which are bone density scans and I
actually have a little bit lower bone
density because and it's more of a
genetic thing because my mom and my aunt
have had osteoporosis
and III for me like I'm in the range of
osteopenia which is right before
osteoporosis and so for me making sure
that I get calcium is important
I'd take liquid calcium again in an
ionic form and the absorbed ability of
that is really good and of course the
calcium you've got it usually take with
magnesium as well and I also do will
take capsules at times too and by the
way I will mention that you know I don't
recommend taking tablets capsules are
better than tablets and if you can
ideally have powder form that could be a
little bit better as well but I like
capsules or liquid form for supplements
colloidal silver this is not an everyday
thing but it's a natural antibiotic
colloidal silver is powerful I I don't
like if if I have some sort of bacterial
infection or whatever it is colloidal
silver is what I'll go to in that case
if I have like strep throat or something
like that colloidal silver I'm not a big
fan of taking a lot of antibiotics you
know of course there's a time and place
to take them and if you're in a serious
situation of course you want to do that
but I always exhaust Natural Resources
as much as possible first and if you are
taking antibiotics or even colloidal
silver you do want to make sure you take
probiotics as well because it kills a
lot of the bacteria the good and the bad
bacteria you do need the good bacteria
the friendly flora in your intestinal
tract because that's that's doing good
those are the good guys that are helping
you fight the bad bacteria so colloidal
silver you can learn more about it
there's a lot of great benefits to it
that's the liquid stuff what else do I
have let's let's move on to two these
ones here okay so I some of these are
Fitness related many of you guys know
I've got my own supplement brand called
life mastery nutrition that I started
and I have a few fitness supplements
that I take and I'm a big believer of
the first one here is sell CLA
conjugated linoleic acid this is
basically safflower safflower oil and
its really great for fat loss and
preventing fat gain as well and so this
for me has been a big supplement that I
always take up and
for many years now and they've decided
to develop in myself and it was one
thing that made a big difference for me
when I was doing the fitness
competitions and getting really really
lean low body fat the CLA definitely
made a difference and I usually take one
softgel before and one after my workout
and so it turned up the Fitness you want
to lose weight or you prevent fat gain
because even when I try to gain muscle
mass I'm still taking this to prevent
fat games so CLA is good you can learn

this is L carnitine which is also good
for fat loss and recovery you know
oftentimes when you workout you get sore
and you want to recover as fast as
possible so that you can move on to the
next workout so L carnitine is an amino
acid that is really beneficial for that
and this is BCAAs branched chain amino
acids which are really important for
muscle growth muscle maintenance you
know making sure especially when you are
losing fat that you hold on in the
muscle mass that you have and that you
you don't lose muscle in the process so
making sure you're getting your BCA is
very very important I also take all
carnitine DCA's one capsule before and
one and after my workout as well and my
my brand here really really high-quality
I will definitely make that clear
resource from an amazing supplier in the
United States it has really really high
standards when it comes to health and I
think that's one thing you'll find is
that everything I put in my body I do
the best that I can to ensure that it's
the highest possible quality and I think
a lot of supplements a lot of these are
gonna have to buy online to be honest
you might be able to find some of them
in the stores that I'll share with you
but I find a lot of the supplements that
are gonna find at the stores are lower
quality because usually products that
are sold at the store a lot of the the
money for the product actually goes into
the marketing of the product and not the
product itself and so the quality is
compromised and when you're buying
things on the shelf you have to price it
in a certain way that's gonna be
competitive with all the other products
and unfortunately most products that are
in the stores are really cheap low
quality products and so if you
want to sell in the store you can't have
you know a $30 product if everyone else
is selling it for $15 and even though
that you might have spent more money to
have a more quality product you're gonna
like a lot of these people that sell in
the store they have to lower the price
and the quality of the product just to
be able to sell it in the stores and so
I don't buy some of them I buy in the
store but most of them I buy online and
I just find it easier as well so ok
moving on let's move on to these ones so
these are this is again by optimizers my
friends company some of you guys might
have seen the waiting light hard and
other videos that I've done but these
are known as mass times and these are
digestive enzymes that are high in
proteins which help you digest protein
and this is really important because
this helps you to absorb more protein
that you're taking so if you're into
like fitness and stuff you want to gain
muscle whatever it might be what matters
is not how much protein you're taking
but how much of it you absorb how much
you absorb and how much you assimilate
so digestive enzymes that like these
ones I have a lot of proteins that are
more designed for that will help you to
be able to digest and absorb more of
that protein mmm so this has been key
I've been taking these for like maybe 7
years or something like that and it's
it's definitely the highest quality
product when it comes to it and he's got
a good I'll have a link on the blog post
but they've got a really good video on
their website that shows the power of
these enzymes where they digest a piece
of steak and you'll see how much faster
that the steak gets broken down by
adding in some of the the mass times to
that these are the p3 om probiotics also
bye-bye optimizers so I'm a big fan of
probiotics very important for your gut
health
98% of disease originates in your gut so
you got to make sure that you are you've
got a good environment and taking
probiotics which is are the good guys
the good bacteria that helps to fight
off the bad bacteria is very important
so they
amazingamazing brand in a capsule forum
for probiotics but I will mention when
it comes to probiotics I cycle
probiotics quite a bit because there's a
lot of different strands of probiotics
that you you want and you need and if
you go to a naturopath you can do a
stool test which is not fun it's
basically where you take part of your
your and you put it in a container
you send it off to a lab and they'll
basically look at you know your fecal
matter and be able to measure how much
bacteria is in there and that you know
what you're lacking what you need etc so
like I said I've done a lot of different
tests on my body but I like to cycle
different ones I mean acid alpha
acidophilus is a good source but there's
many different other strains and I like
to use different brands for that and
some of them are more like a living live
cultured form fermented foods are good
for that too you know even kombucha you
know is good good source of probiotics
you can get probiotics from yogurt and
stuff but a lot of its just really crap
again low quality stuff so I make sure
that I supplement with it that's where
that a can and by the way the best way
to get probiotics is through kissing
because when you're kissing your
girlfriend or your boyfriend or whatever
it is you're sharing bacteria so that's
actually one of the best ways to get
probiotics a fun little tip for you guys
okay moving on
this is cayenne cayenne pepper just in a
supplement form really good for
digestion and for immune system I mean
you could just take cayenne pepper and
put it put it in water and drink it or
whatever but capsule definitely makes it
a little bit easier so this is something
I'll take once in a while and where was
that other one I was going to share oh
yeah so this is garlic as well garlic
very important for a new system I
actually find anytime I rarely get sick
but anytime that I do get sick the key
things that I've found in helping me
recover has been garlic and again you
can just take like if you eat garlic
every day awesome but most people
they're not eating garlic every day so
that's why I supplement with it but if
you can if you are cooking a lot and you
put in garlic and your meals that's
really
good for immune system so garlic I take
for recovery ginger ginger is amazing
for your immune system and helping you
recover ginger root I usually get that
juiced in my juices that I have in onion
onion is a really amazing for your
immune system as well I don't have a
supplement for onion but you know just
eating and ideally you want to eat them
raw this is in the raw form which is
which is better for you too so when you
cook it you're killing a lot of the
enzymes and and you know killing off a
lot of the good nutrition that you're
gonna get from it so so I you know I
take garlic every day immune system of
these one capsule a day here I have
Omega threes fish oils I actually take
to take different types of omega-3s but
the key thing is making sure you're
getting BPA's in DHA and in it which is
really really important fish oil will
give you a better source of that I also
take Buddhist oil which actually it's in
my fridge I should have brought it out
but we do so really this is great also
but it's more for vegetarians but then
DHA pays aren't gonna be as good as
opposed to going to fish so this is from
a company called Nordic Naturals Nordic
Naturals and they're a pretty good brand
and I usually take like two to three of
these soft gels per day so really I mean
not making sure you're getting the Omega
threes is very very important for your
brain function your energy fat loss
everything for your entire body and
these are essential fatty acids meaning
meaning your body can't produce them so
you have to supplement with them which
is very important now a lot of there's a
really good book called the depression
cure and it talked about how to cure
depression naturally and the doctor had
done a lot of stuff with his clients and
Omega threes was really really important
in that and your happiness in your mood
because a lot of it you know human
beings we lived we would normally you
know eat fish or plants or nuts that had
a lot of Omega threes in it but
unfortunately it's very deficient today
and you got to supplement with this so
I'm not gonna go into all that but it
was a great book omega-3 is very very
important okay moving on this so this
one and this one are all
of vitamins and minerals by a Vina
originals great company in red Red Deer
Alberta I only buy from them online I
don't think they're local you can find
them in the stores but really amazing
company the founder dr. Michael O'Brien
amazing doctor
you know just really produce high
quality especially when it comes to this
enzymes probiotics and all the
supplements that they have but these are
basically just the vitamins and minerals
in capsule form so sometimes I'll cycle
between taking capsule versus the liquid
okay
this is electric see so this is
electrically charged vitamin C by the
Avena original so vitamin C very
important you know of course you get
vitamin C from a lot of fruits and
vegetables I like to supplement with it
as well just really good antioxidant
helps you for your immune system
recovery fighting off infections
inflammation so I take this especially
in terms of helping with recovery from
doing a lot of work out and I think the
more active you are the more stress that
you're putting on your body then you
know the more that you're gonna need
something like this to help you okay so
these are enhanced digestive enzymes so
these digestive enzymes and these ones
these are called super digestion enzymes
they're different there's kind of like
different levels and there's different
types of enzymes so there's amylase
there's protease and there's lactase
which helps for digesting lactose
there's enzymes for even digesting
sugars I forget what it's called but
yeah there's different types of enzyme
so this I usually take these with the
meals that I have so usually every meal
that I have always you take three to
five of these capsules per meal and
essentially what they do is they help me
digest my food you know oftentimes like
if you get bloated or you get gas or
whatever's because or you're not able to
digest effectively the food that you're
eating especially when you're having
cooked food because when you're cooking
you're eating food that's cooked you're
killing all the enzymes
if you're eating a lot of raw food
fruits and vegetables then there's gonna
have the enzymes in it that will help
you digest it but definitely with co2
and it just helps me you know digest
things faster and better because the
biggest expenditure expenditure of
energy in our body is digestion and you
don't realize that but when you eat a
meal depending on the meal it might take
you four six eight hours just to digest
that meal so much of your energy is
going towards that so if you sleep eight
hours and you find yourself you woke up
you're still tired
you can sleep your brain could be asleep
your body could be asleep but your body
is still working to digest whatever is
that you ate you know before you went to
bed so enzymes has been key I actually
buy bought these for my mom and her
partner and they love them I bought my
mom the mass times I bought my mom the
probiotics and my mom's in her 60s and
digestive enzymes she loves them like
she's noticed a huge difference and
oftentimes I think when you're older
you'll notice a bigger difference and
when you're younger because when you're
younger sometimes like you just have the
use on your side of energy and
everything into vitality but as you get
older the supplement will make more of a
difference for you but I still think
when you're young you should still take
them to prevent you know yourself from
the degenerating faster as time goes on
okay so so these also are from avian
originals this is a herb cocktail this
has psyllium husk and a few other
ingredients which are really good in
terms of it's like fiber that will help
you cleanse your colon so this has a few
ingredients that are really good for
cleansing your colon I don't take these
every day you take them before you go to
bed but it's got a lot of really good
ingredients for that detox and this is
parities this is for parasites I don't
take this that often but often a lot of
people will eventually have parasites
especially if you're eating meat you're
more prone to getting parasites and so
this is just basically a supplement that
you can take to help get rid of
parasites if you have them
okay let's move on to some of the
powders that I have here okay so we
covered the capsule the liquids okay so
this here is also from the Vienna
originals called effusion this has a lot
of phytonutrients it's a powder form I
usually put it in in my smoothie
everyday and you know it's got proteins
good fats in it a number of different
things that are really good for you
you can look you can look it up I'll
have a link on the blog post for that
this here is a flet it greens really
good brand of greens powder which I take
as well most people are not getting
enough greens and their diet and
whenever I take this I just immediately
notice a huge boost of energy so for
this you just mix it with water and
basically you drink it and one thing I
like about this brand too is it actually
tastes good
a lot of the greens powders you might
buy taste horribly they're not they
don't taste good and the quality isn't
as good this brand is really really good
I've done a video on them and yeah
they're really really great so athletic
greens buy them online and and by the
way greens are really good for
alkalizing you got to make sure that
your alkaline on a daily basis good for
cleansing your body and everything - so
you're gonna get a lot of the good
greens that your body needs of course
you could eat tons of salads and stuff
every day but most people won't so if
you can do that if you're like eating a
highly raw food diet great but if not
you know definitely supplement with some
of these this here is collagen collagen
protein and it's by a brand called true
marine or it's called true marine
collagen within us and this is actually
the first time I bought this brand so
I'm not entirely sure yet but collagen
is really great for your hair your skin
you know it's a good quality source of
protein your joints or nails etc more
expensive there's you can get collagen
from different things you can get it
from animals like like cowhide collagen
this is fish scale just because I I
don't eat beef like I can't remember the
last time I did just because
there's a good documentary on that place
called cowspiracy and it goes into the
whole cattle industry and actually how
it's bad for the environment and
everything too and so I you know fish
oils and and fish more but this is from
fish scale a really good source of
collagen so you know if you had joint
pain if you want to improve your skin
your hair your nails etc really good for
that good source of protein - okay
in terms of protein I've got actually
three different brands here that I'll
share with you guys so many of you guys
know I take plant-based protein powders
I don't have any whey protein or casein
protein I took weigh-in casein protein
for years when I was doing a lot of
fitness related stuff and it was really
really bad for me you know whey protein
casein proteins dairy building up a
mucoid plaque it's very processed
absorbed ability of it is not that good
I had I always had gas gas issues and
bloating by taking a lot of that stuff
do not recommend it plant-based is the
new thing right now really big there's
many different brands that are available
some of them here that I like and I can
I like to cycle with them but these are
what I take my my smoothies throughout
the day first a Sun warrior Sun warrior
protein and they use sprouted and
fermented whole green bright brown rice
protein ok there's different types of
plant-based protein
Vega is a pretty popular brand but they
use a lot of people which I don't like
cuz P protein is a cheaper source of
protein it's really hard to digest or
harder to digest but brown rice protein
I like okay some water is a good brand
for that and and sprouted is great too
sprouted protein is going to have more
bioavailability of it as well help with
your digestion of it and absorption this
is a brand called iron vegan this is
sprouted protein this is brown rice
quinoa millet pumpkin seed pumpkin
protein I like to but it's got a few
different variety it's non-gmo really
good brand you know organic etc so iron
vegan is good
this one is called from garden of life
and this is uh
I think they're their Rice Protein yeah
sprouted brown rice protein is good and
actually I'm surprised I don't have it
but I'm a big fan of hemp protein hemp
protein I think is actually one of the
better sources of protein there's
another brand that I take for that I
forget what it was called though but
hemp protein really amazing got a lot of
the essential amino acids and that as
well so different types plant-based
protein
these ones are us are for fitness
related to this is glutamine and
creatine so glutamine is really good for
muscle recovery if you get sore muscles
it's also really good for your your
digestive system to your colon and so
glutamine is something I take before and
after my workouts creatine is good for
fitness because it can help increase the
performance of your muscle so you often
retain more water when you're on
creatine so it actually will be a little
bit bigger but it's really good just for
the performance you might be able to
lift more have more endurance for your
workouts so creatine is something that I
cycle with usually for about three
months then I get off of it for a little
while and you know for these I just take
five milligrams before and after my
workouts which have been really good for
that too so depending if you're doing a
lot of fitness stuff you might be
beneficial for you what else do I have
here so I have okay this is camu camu
berry powder camu camu is amazing it's a
berry that's really good antioxidant
good vitamin C I don't take it all the
time but I'll throw it in my smoothie as
well
this is Stefan's gorgeous EPS this is
actually a gift that someone bought me
for a party that I had I don't even know
who actually - you know people someone
just left this at my apartment as a gift
but I forget who it was gorgeous steps I
didn't really know much about it
it's it's if you look it up which I did
it's like fungus that is like grown on
top of caterpillars or something cat and
it's kind of like a mushroom fungus and
it's a I was doing research on it and
it's
she's really amazing for your cells
oxygenating your cells some really good
benefits for me I got a lot of energy
from it too and so I've been playing
around with this a little bit I'm not a
pro on it but learning about it which
has been pretty cool and then also I
have some more supplements from on it
these are more performance based so this
is a it's called shroom tech immune this

take good care of it
and you know yeah there's maintenance to
it you know if you want to have optimal
performance or you want to prevent that
vehicle from breaking down yeah there
certain things are gonna have to do but
you know I just always viewed it as a
necessity because you can always make
more money but you can't you can't get
back your health once you lose it so
you're gonna make sure that you go take
good care of your body being transparent
here with you guys this is what I take
these are the brands these are the
companies that's why I take them I again
see amazing benefit from it and there's
no right or wrong you might agree or
disagree I often say you know try it you
know how do you know you don't really
know until you actually try it give it a
chance and I will say with supplements
too you got you actually have to give it
a chance 30 days 60 days 90 days I like

for you and it gives you a peace of mind
just knowing that you're doing
everything you can to make sure that
your health is at the best level
possible so don't expect a quick fix or
a magic like oh I took you know creatine
and I'm not like I didn't gain 10 pounds
of muscle mass like it's not how it
works so don't look for the quick fix
just do you know focus on the process of
improving your health your energy and
you know I think you'll find as I've
