calm today I want to talk to you guys
about what I believe to be the most
important
life health and for me the word health
kind of sounds a little bit wimpy but
what it really is for me is energy
because energy is life and I out of
everything that I value in this world
health is the most important thing is my
highest value because I realized a long
time ago that without your health
everything else is useless you know you
can have all this money you can you know
be a billionaire but you're not going to
take care of your body you can have a
relationship there's not going to be
that much passion that relationship if
you don't have your health and energy
you know even your emotions are affected
by your health I don't know about you
but when I'm tired and I'm sick I don't
feel very happy I don't feel very
fulfilled I don't feel very excited
about my life to really achieve things
and so I realized that my body has to be
my highest priority and I have to take
care of it and unfortunately that's not
the belief of most of society most of
society most people are running around
trying to achieve things because they
value money much more and they'll do it
at the expense of their health in their
body and all abuse their bodies and then
eventually it catches up catches up with
them they pay the price and if you look
at society and a 100 feet two people die
from heart disease is one of the three
from cancer just diabetes you know be
city and all this kind of problems
because people aren't really valuing
their health and their body and for me
your body is a gift your body is what
allows you to experience life you filter
everything to your body and everything
you put your body and the state of your
body state of your health affects your
emotional state everything that you eat
your soup or consume effects or
biochemistry you know so if you're
eating a certain foods that aren't
supporting you then you're going to feel
depressed you're going to feel irritated
all the time we're angry or frustrated
because those foods are affecting your
filter how you how you process life
through and a lot of people they have
really experience for this light to have
your energy you know I've different
classes before in the past and the
amount of energy that you have is unreal
they don't know what it's like to really
wake up in the morning and just have
this burst of energy that's sustainable
throughout the day where you don't need
caffeine or sugar and you feel
you feel just happy for no reason just
enjoy life so much more because there's
giving your body all this love and a
cleanse is really a remarkable thing but
I mean if you have any sort of condition
or disease or you know a skin problem or
constipation or anything like that a
cleanse is for you if you're overweight
cleanses are for you if you wanna lose
fat if you just wanna have more energy
then going on to cleanse is important
and I go in to cleanse at least once a
year and you know it's just so important
if you think about it our body takes so
much abuse our party works so hard it
works without us having to really do
anything you know just automatically
just functioning you know getting rid of
toxins absorbing nutrients or even
keeping this alive and not unless you
take care of that your quality of life
is going to be diminished and our body
just takes abuse because the world is so
different today you know if you think
about it the ear that we breathe in is
different that the vegetables even that
we consume the soils don't have as much
minerals and they're deficient in that
you know the animal products and dairy
products the hormones the antibiotics
like go into them and so our body takes
abuse as we get older and unless you
take care of it your lifespan is not
going to be number one as long as you
really want it to be because you're
going to pay the price eventually
through constant abuse of some sort of
disease or illness that's going to
affect your bet your life or you're not
going to be able to really enjoy your
life as it is because you're going to be
walking around tired and feeling this
negative emotions because you didn't
really take care of your body so for me
at least I realized that I need to go on
a client's because I put fitness higher
than health last year and I paid the
price for it my energy hasn't really
been as high as really what I've needed
to be and for me you know if you know me
watch my videos I've been to juicing and
I'm into health and a big big scale but
it hasn't been where I really wanted to
be and I believe at my age there's
people that have way more energy than
ideal and there twice my age you know
and I don't believe that I should I
believe I should have more energy for
the age and a body that I min and so if
I don't have as much energy as I
you want than I need to go in a cleanse
and so I was looking for a lot of
different cleanses out there and I've
done things like the Wild Rose trouble
detox and there's a master cleanse and I
think those cleanses are good but I'm
really into his raw foods and my friend
Yuri all came he has a program called
the total wellness cleanse that I
actually committed to and signed up for
yesterday and it really resonated with
me my philosophy because it's all raw
foods it's all boy alkalizing the body
it's all about um you know just
cleansing your body of all the candida
and the sugars and you know the east and
all that kind of stuff you know fixing
your digestive tract or your liver or
kidney everything in your body and it's
essentially a 30-day program 14 days is
a cleanse the next 14 days as a
maintenance kind of period and i'm only
doing it for 10 days because i have a
trip but i want to make this video
because i'm going to make another video
at the end of the cleanse to report to
you guys the results that I've
experienced and so I kind of thought
it'd be a good way just to record a
video to share with you guys what I'm
doing hopefully inspires you in some way
and you decide to take care of your body
and do a cleanse because the benefits
are just unreal um but you know I
decided go with this program just
because they're really resonated with me
and I really on the same page with what
he talks about so I'm going to talk to
you guys a little bit about that program
something you want to do um you know
what I really like about it is he has
meal plans recipes all that kind of
stuff laid out for you and that's
usually the hardest part of the cleanse
is most people like then what am I going
to eat and they end up cheating or they
ended up you know going for like a day
or two and they end up going back to
something else that goat cooked food or
sugars or whatever and you know he kind
of make some really simple and easy for
you because he has all the recipes all
the meals that you can just eat and
yesterday actually and I started to
cleanse yesterday I started creating
different boons I've never made before i
made this green soup and i made this
hummus and i was just making these
amazing shakes and juices that i've
never experienced it was so good and so
far my i've been awesome with it i
haven't had any cravings whatsoever and
my energy has just been incredible
because my body doesn't really have to
die
just anything so it's able to use all
that energy and just give it to me so
that I have you know I could just put
that energy to my work or or my business
or something like that you know so it
has all these recipes all these meal
plans he actually has daily coaching
videos and everything I wrote the period
he has cooking videos actually show you
how to cook the boots and then cook the
recipes yeah he gives you all the
information you need to really
understand your body and understand the
process that's that is going through he
has a daily food journal he has you know
even like success journals and
everything were you know you do like
meditation each day do gratitude each
day so it's kinda like a morning ritual
a sort of thing that sort of taking care
of your emotions as well um inspiration
journal so you get daily inspiration
from him and everything even has like a
different ways to track things you
actually track how you're feeling each
day you're craving is all that kind of
stuff you track your poop which sounds
kind of disgusting them but you even
track that the color of it have others
floating the shape of it all that kind
of stuff to see how you're progressing
along the whole process to you know
tracking your weight your measurements
all that kind of stuff so it's really
like a detailed program on this really
well put together and so far I've really
enjoyed it so if you're looking forward
to cleanse to do i highly recommend his
it cost a little bit of money but you
don't have to spend all this money on
laxatives and you know all that kind of
stuff if you were to go to the store and
buy a cleanse it's going to cost you all
this money get these laxatives and
everything and they're not really going
to address the root source the root
cause of everything and by going on a
raw food diet and cleansing your body
that way just by shakes and juices and
salads and just green foods I think
you'll get a lot more benefit from that
because a lot of those cleanse is out
there they recommend you know if the
Wildrose herbal d-tox you still eat
cooked foods on that diet and I don't
think that's a good thing for your
digestive system because we want to give
that a break and an energy that you
experience doing that is nothing
compared to this so I'm going to share
as you guys the results at the end of
the 10 days and I'm gonna let the
results kind of speak for itself in a
way but right now I can already say you
know just just how I was before the
cleanse to even down just the second day
in my energy has already improved so
much just by eating these foods and I'm
doing what he says so I'm just excited
with the whole process I really really
hope that this is something that can
inspire you in some way to do a client's
or just take care of your body a lot
more because again without it everything
else in your life is going to be
compromised and I think you deserve so
much more you deserved it experience
that energy that you really want they
have the body that you really want and
more important in that to really live up
filling life or you don't have to worry
about getting sick or being tired we're
having a disease or have cancer or
anything like that and so you don't need
to wait till something happens and you
get sick to really start to value your
health value it now because most
people's not until they get cancer and
they get heart disease or they have
something happened diabetes that's when
they have the wake-up call and they're
like oh I better focus on my health
and I don't want you to go through that
there's still time it's not too late so
