beautiful girlfriend Tatyana say hi and

one anyway so um we're both wearing
orange right now because we're heading
to a BC Lions football game and we're
going to a raw food restaurant to meet
some friends called Zend conscious
lounge and today I thought you know what
I'm walking with my girlfriend is a
beautiful day and I wanted to talk a
little bit about the subject of morning
rituals and doing a morning ritual with
other people in your life because I
think it's very important so one of the
things that my girlfriend and I both do
is we both ask each other empowering
questions right yeah so we ask each
other you know what we're grateful for
what we're happy about what we're
excited about and I think if you have a
relationship or people in your life it's
a really powerful way to you know do a
ritual together and just going to bring
out positive emotions and I found that
you can do this with certain people in
your life family you know if you have
kids you know asking them what their
happy boat or what they're grateful for
and it's almost kind of like a gift I
think when you give if you're kind of
giving that to someone when you ask them
you know what it is that they're happy
about or grateful for I think it's a
really great thing so that being said

I'll go first what am i happy about I am
happy about this beautiful weather that
we have right now in Vancouver which is
pretty rare yeah it's easy raining wet
here so I'm happy about the beautiful
weather I'm grateful for that
how about you I'm very grateful to be
able to be here today Friday I'm usually
not here on a Friday but it's a
beautiful day and we're able to see some
friends tonight and then go and have
some delicious food and watch a great
game I'm grateful for going to the BC
Lions game actually I've never I've
actually been to one once years ago
we've actually been going to a lot of
sporting events we went to - yeah we
went to Vancouver Whitecaps which is
Soccer MLS and we went to oh this was
really cool and we went to see the LA
Clippers versus the Toronto Raptors I'm
really big into basketball and they came
to Vancouver doing a preseason game
which was a lot of fun so I'm grateful
just to be able to go to see the BC
Lions and my girlfriend is treating me
and a few of our friends so so yeah I'm
really happy for that
anything else you grateful for
and I'm grateful for you as well all
right guys well that's pretty much it
I guess the purpose of this video is
just to focus on what you're grateful
for and ask people in your life
empowering questions because it it's one
of the best ways to change how you feel
and be able to give a gift someone else
and change their state also so no excuse
to not do that every morning or every
day exactly we do that all the time I
mean every day we're always asking
herself what we're happy but we'll read
it you'll second it takes minutes it's
really doesn't take much of your time
anybody can do it
and you can't help but feel like answer
the question so if I ask you know my
girlfriend which is happy about a
grateful force like you can't help but
focus on that and feel it and come up
with an answer so I've been a really
really bad state and he asked me what am
i grateful for doing how do I feel what
am i happy about whom I love that
changes my state instantly and then I'm
just so much happier and a good news
