hey guys Stefan here from
projectlifemastery.com in this video I
want to share a few guys a recommitment
that I decided to do recently in my life
which has been we committing to being a
vegetarian with maybe the exception of
great benefits with the oils and
everything in them and the reason why
I've been wanting to recommit to this is
number one it was actually previously
vegetarian years ago for about a year
and I consumed mainly a plant-based raw
food diet and I felt amazing from that I
had so much more energy as a lot more
healthy
a lot more alkaline and everything and I
felt that consuming a lot of animal
products and dairy and everything meat
and everything has been very acidic for
my body and especially the uric acid
that's in these animals and the hormones
and all kind of stuff with it
was really affecting my energy levels
and how I felt and I felt I wasn't even
fully digesting and absorbing the
protein from these because they're all
cooked and processed and so I've known
in the past that I felt so much better I
had a lot more energy consuming more raw
food diet consuming more plant-based
protein sources and everything being a
vegetarian and recently doing a 10-day
cleanse
really cemented that for me because I
just had raw foods for 10 days I felt so
much better and I've watched a lot of
great documentaries now on Netflix just
kind of reinforcing this as a new
lifestyle and commitment that I wanted
to make and what was holding me back
from this has been my fitness goals and
I felt like over the years a lot of the
mentors role models people that I had
follow the coaches that I hired they
were more preaching and had the
philosophy of a high protein diet
consuming a lot of animal products and
I'm into modeling success so I just
thought hey I'm just gonna model these
guys they have incredible physiques
so I'm gonna model what they eat what
they do and I'm gonna try to get a
similar result to them and so I've been
doing that for the last few years but in
the back of my head always knowing that
I eventually wanted to become a
vegetarian but I noticed that I started
to build the belief that I can't be
vegetarian and put on muscle and
had the physique that I want and I felt
there was no role models out there for
me that had these incredible physiques
that I wanted and we're doing it as a
vegetarian
and what really shifted me on that was
when I started to do my research and
find new references I actually have a
great friend here in Vancouver who was a
three-time national bodybuilding
champion his name's Wade light heart
went to mr. universe did it as a
vegetarian and this guy's jacked
muscular has so much energy he consumes
less than 80 grams of protein per day
and he just looks phenomenal and so I
decided to meet with them and we
actually went to the gym together and
I've I've he was actually the first
person that converted me years ago cuz
I've known him for a number of years now
but I wanted to get reassociate it to it
so we went to the gym together we had a
great conversation and he really
cemented in my head that hey I can do
this there's proof in this you know you
don't need as much protein as you think
a lot of the whey proteins a lot of the
animal products are consuming you're not
even digesting and assimilating and
absorbing all the protein from that
because it's cooked and if you have more
plant-based protein and you take enzymes
which it with it which I've been takin
for years now as well and he's got a
great product called mass times that
have protease and stuff which help you
digest and absorb protein then you can
easily do this so he really gave me more
belief that I could use this that this
was possible and then what took it to
even higher level was I went online on
YouTube and I started to look for more
references more role models who would be
my role model today that I can now
follow that it has the body that I want
that I can replicate and I found a whole
bunch of them which has been great you
know I found a 78 year old vegan
bodybuilder who's just ripped and looks
incredible and I found a lot more
incredible role models like Robert
Cheeke and many other and it really
emphasized what I want to share with you
guys which is finding references to
support the belief that you want when
you find those references that is
possible that other people have done it
then it makes you believe that you can
do it as well
roger bannister was the first person to
run a mile in four minutes before then
no human being could do it but once he
did it then 37 people did it that year
and now high school kids can do it all
because he crossed the psychological
barrier that people have about what's
possible and so I'm really excited about
this transition and I just wanted to
share this with you guys and recommit to
it and remind you guys to find role
models references for whatever goals
that you have if you want to be
successful online and make a lot of
money you need references and role
models of other people that have done it
and are doing it cause that other people
are doing it then you think hey I can do
this as well they started from here and
they're now they're here and I can go
through the same process that they went
through learn their beliefs their
mindset what they did and you could have
a similar result you can model success
and I think that really is the secret to
success is find role models mentors and
model success of what's already out
there if you want to have incredible
physique if you want to have incredible
relationship you know like a lot of
people think that you know passion dies
in the relationship and that's you know
you can't be you know with someone for
more than 10 years more than a year and
have a lot of passion excitement as the
honeymoon phase and everything well if
you go and you find couples that are in
their 80s and they exist because I've
met them they're in their 80s they've
been together for 50 years and they
like bunnies every night they have so
much passion and excitement then that
creates a reference in your mind that
hey this is possible you know you can
have a relationship like this when
you're 80 after you've been with someone
for 50 years you know if you don't have
a lot of energy and you believe that as
you get older you lose your energy and
you go and find people that are in their
60s 70s 80s 90s and 100 years old that
are athletes that have incredible energy
and incredible charisma and are doing
triathlons and all this crazy marathons
and stuff and they're that old they have
more energy than you at your 20s or 30s
then that really shifts or
and mindset as well that hey I could be
80 and still have an incredible physique
I could be 80 and still look amazing and
feel amazing so find those references
and role models for your life to support
whatever goals whatever path that you're
going down and it will really strengthen
that area of your life anyways hope you
