old I just made a decision that this is
what I want my life to be about this is
my purpose for my life and it basically
teaches you how the top athletes they
envision themselves every single you
know every single moment making that
shot or being successful or winning the
trophy or achieving the result of the
goal that they're after and that
provides a role model or reference for
you that if all these other people been
able to do it then you can as well
having a clear vision and knowing
specifically what it is that you want
and that could be a goal and I've got a
lot of great videos on how to set goals
for yourself and everything but knowing
specifically first what you want because
if you don't know what you want then how
you even know if it passes you by when I
speak my purpose when I have my mission
statement and I speak it out loud I
think about it it gives me goosebumps it
gives me a lot of power and motivation
and fuel in my life to really do
everything that I do it doesn't work if
you just say I want this and you think
about a one or two times and you forget
about it you have to always be thinking
and sending out that energy in that
frequency the more often you do the more
often the more that's gonna come into
your life even faster so I take that on
myself and I start to believe it and you
know when you see enough role models
enough examples that people that became
successful then you start to believe
that you can be successful as well and
the more that you see it in your mind
the more it becomes real for you the
more certainty that you have
